CHAPTER 1 : INTERPRETATION FOUNDATION

This chapter told us about the definition and the objectives of visitor interpretation and interpreter, principle of interpretation and interpreter, careers in visitor interpretation and interpreter and the roles of the interpreter.

There are three basic concepts of the interpretation. The three basic concepts is communication, emotional and intelectual and resource. So, we can conclude that  a communication is a process that forges emotional and intellectual connections between the interests of the audience and the meanings inherent to the source.

For your information, interpreter is someone who understand the history of the area so that he can tell the history the people who love to know about the history of the area. Other than that, interpreter is also a person who knows land and live  in the park day in and day out.
